2026/27 SEASON ANNOUNCEMENT

A huge season ahead for Woodbridge Rugby Club Senior Men!

Our 1XV are back at Level 7 for the first time in 15 years, competing in Eastern Counties Rugby Union Regional League 1 - a fantastic achievement and a real marker of the progress being made across the club.

At the same time, our 2XV have officially been confirmed at in the ecrurugby Merit League 1 South, giving the club strong competition and development opportunities right through the senior section.

We’re excited for the challenges ahead and look forward to welcoming all clubs to Hatchley Barn this season.

A fantastic night celebrating the success of the Colts and thanking our volunteers, not just for this season but for the many seasons they have put in coaching, first aiding and managing.

But Saturday night was also about our guests of honour, Ryan and his mum Kim. The evening raised £1960 which will go to help Ryan’s ongoing rehabilitation after a life changing accident in August 2024.

It’s been a fantastic season with our Colts reaching the final of the EC Shield, winning the Plate 7’s, representing Woodbridge at Suffolk and EC level and featuring in our senior teams.
