Quay Centre LTD , Kimos Barbers , The Sofa LAB , Simply Interiors nixons wood yard and Total Training Club are back to full water pressure, you can get to everyone from both ends. This has impacted every single business along this road.

It's been great to have such amazing businesses around us these last few days.

Hate to be a moaning myrtle, however as the gym has gotten busier we have found a select few people are abusing the space everyone enjoys, leading to us having to enforce some basic gym rules!

We have staff that work everyday to keep the gym clean and tidy but as a collective we need to ensure we keep our space safe, clean, and organised.

Please follow the rules at all times:

1. RE-RACK YOUR WEIGHTS, no one wants to unload 300kg on the leg press before they start 🤯

2. RETURN EQUIPMENT TO WHERE YOU FOUND IT, no one enjoys looking for a dumbbell that’s been took on an adventure !

3. NO DIRTY SHOES / WORK BOOTS, we appreciate it’s winter but please bring a spare pair of shoes if needs be!

4. USE BINS PROVIDED, we have put extra bins around the gym for your ease !

5. NO TAILGATING , we will assume you don’t have a membership if you haven’t clocked in correctly !

6. DO NOT SLAM WEIGHTS , saves Adam having to weld machines (he doesn’t enjoy doing it)

THESE RULES ARE NOT OPTIONAL

Each rule violation will result in a strike.
Accumulating three strikes will result in termination of gym access.

Respect the space. Respect other members. Respect the standard.

What started as a knackered old warehouse has grown into an incredible space. We want to say a massive thank you to every member and staff member who has been part of the journey so far — your commitment, energy, and support are what make TTC what it is today.

Crazy to see what’s changed over the last two years, it has been one hell of a journey, so thankyou guys 🏋🏼‍♀️💫
