As the year is wrapping up, it's a good time to think about what happened—both the good and the not-so-good stuff—and the people who came into our lives or left. A year ago, I started working as a personal trainer, and honestly, I never thought it would turn into a full-time gig.

I just want to say a big thanks to every person who became my client. Whether you stuck around for the whole year or just for a bit, I appreciate you. Every person I worked with and everything I went through taught me something important.
