A community healthy lifestyle programme, get more active through walking basketball alongside weekly healthy eating and wellbeing resources and challenges.
Eligibility
Over 18
BMI over 25 or consider yourself to be overweight.
Currently undertake less than 30 minutes of exercise a week.
