That's right… I did another one 😂

Cardiff was an absolute blast. stepped in as my partner last minute and despite carrying a ni**le, he still showed up and gave everything.

This one had one goal — no PBs, just fun.

And honestly? This was the most fun I've ever had out on a Hyrox course.

No stress, no clock watching, just pure enjoyment doing what we love.
Sometimes you need to remind yourself why you started. This was that reminder.

Gear 10k finisher 41:38 chip time massive PB 🔥🔥

Mini gear time 10:32 for Theo who smashed his PB too.

Went in with wanting a fast time and buzzing with the result. Couple weeks rest now with holiday and then training will start again.

Plus the whole Gym squad hitting massive PBs too 🏆

The chase for sub 40 is on.

Plus get booked up for great Eastern Run. Half marathon time to chase down
