Throwback to our 100 Fight Sparathon 🥊🔥

100 fights.
Zero quitting. 💪

This was one of those days that tested everyone physically and mentally… and every single student rose to the challenge.

Tired bodies, aching legs, plenty of bruises — but an atmosphere and team spirit we’ll never forget ❤️

Looking back at this reminds us what martial arts is really about… resilience, determination and pushing past the point where you think you can’t anymore 👏

Some things never change… ❤️🥋

Years apart 2011 vs 2026, same smiles, same friendship, same love for Tang Soo Do.

Tonight we recreated a photo from years ago and it reminded me just how special this journey really is. Watching students grow up through the Do Jang, from children into confident young adults, is one of the greatest privileges of being an instructor.

The belts may have changed… but the memories, laughter and bond stay the same 💙

What a weekend in Nottingham!

I couldn’t be prouder of our team — 10 students, 11 trophies 🏆🏆

Every single one of them stepped into the ring with courage, determination, and true martial arts spirit. The hard work, discipline, and hours of training in the Do Jang really showed.

This isn’t just about trophies — it’s about growth, confidence, and pushing beyond limits… and they did exactly that.
