Congratulations to our amazingly talented Bex SIMPLY THE BEX FITNESS ❤️

Congratulations to the new Northumberland Ladies County Champion Rebecca Ferguson of Tynemouth Golf Club

A very tight battle and victory on the 17th green secured her second County Championship title.

Louisa Hamilton was runner up in the event with a great display of Golf in testing conditions.

Congratulations to Antonia Emmerson who collected the prize for the best 36 hole gross score in the qualifying rounds, along with the award for the top junior Golfer.

Our greenstaff at Bedlingtonshire had the course looking immaculate for the event, as always, and this was noted by Northumberland Ladies County Golf Association who put on a superb event!

I can help with all aspects of fitness including fat loss, muscle gain, traditional and functional strength training, and most recently pre and post natal ladies after completing my certification during my own pregnancy. Sessions run from our private studio in the town centre.

🏋️‍♀️Ladies looking for a female only weighting class in a private studio, we have two classes which both run twice a week!

Space available on both slots, £69 per month for two guided weight sessions a week PLUS access to our Indoor Fit Camp.

The women’s only classes have been so popular since I launched them last summer and space is rarely available.
👀 Also you asked and I listened…some exciting news we will be launching TWO brand new WOMENS ONLY pay as you go classes this Summer so keep an eye out for those!

To update you all I will be back to the studio next month 🤩 My return will be gradual and I will be in touch with all of my 121 clients next week to arrange our first sessions back!
I’ve had an amazing month off with my family but it wouldn’t have been possible without my ladies Bex and Amy. I’ve never stepped away from my business for so long and to be able to do so without worrying is down to having such fantastic staff. Thank you and ❤️ We’ve had a lot of new members join since I left for my maternity leave and it’s great to hear everyone has been so welcoming! I cannot wait to be back to see you all!
