Mum and Baby & Strong Women Tuesday!
We kicked things off with:
🔸 8 heavy goblet squats
🔸 6 box jumps or 10 box step-ups
Then, we spent some time on the rowers, perfecting our technique:

1 min @ hard effort
3 min @ medium effort
2 min rest
We are feeling stronger every day!
