We are pleased to announce that all our pony days are now available to book on the Danecroft Stables website, if you have a pony mad person that's loves Easter and crafting this could be just the thing for them. We have fun filled days of pony fun with Easter hunts and pony quizes and much more, these days are aimed at 5 years and above, full details are on the website and how to book, if you have any questions please drop us a message or email, spaces are limited, we look forward to seeing you ..

Good morning everyone- Just to let you know there are a few road closures today, New Road is closed, but you can come past Welwyn North Train Station, up harmer green, this will bring you out at the top of New Road, Please be aware Harmer Green lane is a narrow road and will have a lot of traffic today, please take care and drive slowly. Looking forward to seeing you all soon

Hi Everyone

Our Temporary school is not coping very well with this very wet weather, therefore we have taken the decision to cancel the rest of today's lessons , we hope to see you over the half term for Pony day fun x

Pony Day, Wednesday 18th Feb 2026 10.00am to 4.00pm
Schedule
· 10.am Arrival
· 10.30 – 11.30 Mucking Out
· 11.30-12.00 Grooming/ decorating ponies with Ribbons and Chalks
· 12.00-1.00 Lunch time and quiz
· 1.00 -2.00 Tacking up and ridden pony games in the school
· 2.00 -3.45 Crafting and horseshoe painting
· 3.45 -4.00 finishing with rosettes and certificate Presentation

These days are aimed for young people aged from 5 years and over, all you need is a light lunch and warm clothes, boots for riding and we’ll do the rest, no experience needed, you will have all the help and support you need from the Danecroft Team

We hope you are all enjoying your Christmas break. We have added a few extra spaces to Tomorrows pony Day, so if anyone has a Pony cazy young person that would like to come an join in the fun, then you can book on line through the Danecroft Stables website

· 10.am Arrival
· 10.30 – 11.30 Mucking Out

All the horse's goats and dogs at Danecroft stables would like to wish you all a very merry Christmas, all the horses and goats will be getting their special Christmas breakfast and gifts that father Christmas 🎅 dropped off last night.

Hi Everyone, Just to let you know that Lessons are as normal today, but please be aware there are road works along New Road, and for this they have closed the road, you can however come along past Welwyn North Train station, and up Harmer Green Lane. This will bring you to the top of New Road (please note this is a narrow lane, and may have more traffic than normal )
