Two purpose-built spaces, over 40 classes a week, free parking and an in-house coffee shop.

🏋️ SUMO DEADLIFT 🏋️

The sumo deadlift is one of our primary strength focuses for the next training cycle.

Why sumo?

✅ Develops lower body and posterior chain strength
✅ Emphasises the glutes, adductors and quads
✅ Encourages a more upright torso position
✅ Builds strength that transfers to sport and everyday life

As with everything we do, we’ll be following a structured progression designed to help you improve week by week.
