In 2026 we are on a mission!

With the fitness space changing we are seeing more and more women focus on strength training and it is our responsibility as owners to create environments that support this. 🏋🏻

We aren't interested in weak marketing techniques and soft promises that make the gym "softer" or more "girly" these tactics used by companies are degrading and seek to pander to women as opposed to empower women. Women don't need protecting or wrapping in cotton wool these women can LIFT! 🏆

So in 2026

- Female changing rooms are stocked with a full range of FREE female sanitary products so you don't have to worry! 👍🏽
- Both male and female changing rooms will be fitted with mobile wearable panic alarms so you can feel safe wherever you train. These will be linked and monitored by our security company. 👮🏻
- Phoenix for Her Facebook and WhatsApp groups will be launched allowing a place for all women of phoenix to come together and create a real community of your own! 🤝

BUT .... We don't have all the answers we need your help to understand what we can do as a gym to create a more welcoming and empowering environment for women who don't want to compromise they want a real gym where they can lift!
