Not been to the old school before? It’s on Fairfield street, near the big Sainsbury’s in town. Why practice with me? My classes are planned so that you can be in the moment, and move depending on how you’re feeling that day, energetic or focus more on your breath and your nervous system regulation. We can use props for support or an extra stretch, I’ll work with YOU, not just guide the group. Try it, see if you like it.
