METAFIT Is a 30 minute HIIT WORKOUT which will improve your stamina / strength and core combining short bursts of exercise and rest . This is a proven way of burning fats which keep burning for 24 hours post workout !!
Why not give it a try . It is over and done in 30 minutes and with consistency and healthy eating you will see results pretty quickly !

After this week's announcement, it's not long until we can hopefully go outside and do some Metafit! I hope you're all looking as forward to it as I am! At this stage, it's looking like groups of 6 can take part in outside classes. I'll keep you all posted as soon as we get some more information from the government 💪
