Wild Star Boxing Gym

Wild Star Boxing Gym our trainers are Martin, Steven , Darren , Lee, taundry an Dan we also offer one to one training. We teach skills used in boxing but also general fitness.

We are a boxing gym based in Aldridge which is run by a boxing family. Starting age: 6+

Our gym is open to everyone of any fitness level. No boxing experience is needed, all you need is the desire to get fit and we can help you. Our aim is to teach discipline, promote confidence and help to defend yourself. Our daily activities include circuits, pad work, jogging, shadow boxing, skipping and much more. Big shout out to the Spar based in the hospital for their support with Friday's Christmas Tree Lights switch-on.

The mince pies went down a treat with staff and visitors and the selection boxes will be handed out over the next couple of weeks on our Children's Ward as requested.
