Although Sarcopenia can be debilitating, lifestyle interventions are highly effective at slowing and sometimes reversing its effects. Lifting weights using resistance bands or doing bodyweight exercises forces muscles to repair and grow, preventing atrophy.
An excellent way to achieve this is by doing a Gymophobics circuit three times a week, in a safe environment designed with ladies in mind. 🩷✨💪
