This weekend we had a visit from our American cousin Connie and her lovely friends 🇺🇸

One of the things on Connie’s to-do list was to visit the studio and try a pull-up! She’s been watching our posts and wanted to experience the vibe for herself. I’d say she done amazingly well and I don’t think it’ll be long before she gets her chin over the bar when she gets back to the States! 💪🏻

Wishing my amazing client the best of luck this weekend as she sets out to run 100 miles from Bamburgh Castle to Edinburgh Castle. 100 MILES!! This is an unbelievable challenge but one I know that Maggie will attack head on and give it her everything.
