The Race of Remembrance is a unique endurance motorsport event held at Anglesey Circuit and organised by Mission Motorsport that combines racing with remembrance for fallen service personnel.

We're just over 3 months away until the Race of Remembrance is back at Anglesey this November 🏁, and if you've never experienced it before, here's what it's really like from someone who has:

🏁 We're heading to Croft Circuit on Wednesday 19th August for our Croft Forces Families Track Day, proudly supported this year by classic car specialist AutoRARA!

Armed Forces personnel, veterans and their families are invited to join us at this brilliant North Yorkshire track for passenger rides in track-tuned cars and supercars, with qualified instructors on hand throughout. Kids aged 10+ can even get behind the wheel of our dual-control Mazda MX5. 🚗

Croft is home to the British Touring Car Championship and offers a fantastic mix of fast straights and technical corners, the perfect setting for a day that's all about recovery through motorsport.

Leaving the forces can be a tough transition. The routine, the mates, the sense of purpose, all of it changes at once, and it's easy to feel isolated.

At Mission Motorsport, we use motorsport to help veterans and their families rebuild confidence and find their feet again. It's given hundreds of people a reason to get up, a team to be part of, and skills that carry into civilian life.

None of that happens without steady support. If you become a Mission Motorsport Supporter, you're helping fund the track days, mentoring and programmes that keep this work going all year round.

Meet Alex Atherton, our Managing Director. 👋

After 25 years in the Army, rising to Lt Col in the Royal Logistic Corps, Alex brings a deep understanding of purpose, belonging and teamwork to the role, values he says sit right at the heart of what Mission Motorsport does.

He describes his leadership style as authentic, inclusive and empathetic, and wants to keep our beneficiaries at the centre of everything we do.

A huge thank you to Andy Graham MBE and the Worshipful Company of Carmen for having our "Poppy Car" showcased at the Cartmarking Ceremony over the weekend.

Our F-Type Jag started life as an art therapy project, wrapped by veterans and our own livery team, with Winston Churchill's VE Day speech worked into the design as poppies. Seeing it out at an event with such a rich history, cart marking dates back over 750 years, was a brilliant reminder of how far support for the veteran community can travel when people like Andy and organisations like the Carmen choose to get behind it.

A special thank you to Andy, Sue, Colin and Debbie for making the day such a success, and to all our volunteers who helped bring it together. Support like this, whether it's sharing our story or simply giving the car pride of place at an event, makes a real difference to the veterans we work with.

Four months to go until Race of Remembrance 2026, and it's creeping up quicker than you'd think!

Entries are still open for the return to Anglesey Circuit / Trac Môn, 6–8 November. Now in its 12th year, our 12-hour endurance race brings together veterans, service leavers and motorsport teams for something that's about far more than lap times.

We're delighted to have been named a charity partner for Club Time Attack's 2026 season.

Over the course of the year, Club Time Attack will be raising money for us through raffles, tyre draws with Yokohama, late entry penalties, and a headline prize of a full season's entry into the Championship.

We're delighted to welcome back Davanti Tyres as a partner for the 2026 Race of Remembrance.

Davanti will once again be supplying their Protoura Race semi-slick track tyre for the event, alongside a £2,500 donation to Mission Motorsport, and if you've seen those tyres in action across the Mini Challenge Clubsport, Suzuki Swift Challenge and beyond, you'll know they mean business.

The Race of Remembrance takes place 6–8 November at Anglesey Circuit, North Wales supported by the BRSCC. Named Event of the Year by Motorsport UK in 2024, it's a 12-hour endurance race unlike any other, road-car based, street-legal tyres, and everything to race for.

We have six places available on a VIP driving day this August, and it's a good one. 🏁

On Tuesday 18th August, CAT Driver Training are hosting a performance driver group day at UTAC Millbrook in Bedfordshire. It's a closed test facility not normally open to the public, and you'll be on track with Colin Hoad and Steve Tanner working through advanced braking, cornering and high-speed techniques, with an instructor in the car with you throughout.

Around 100 minutes of drive time across five circuits, kept to small groups so the coaching is actually useful. Lunch is included.

£840 per person. Six places only.

Every penny raised supports Mission Motorsport, the Forces' Motorsport Charity.
