A nice change of event for me last saturday taking on .dozen Cardiff and a pleasure to do it with the team aswell 💪

It was a hot day in Cardiff for sure 🥵
Another shot at solos for me and then took on the deadly mile
400m lunges
400m burpee broad jumps
400m bear crawls
400m run
1600m of regret 😂

Definitely one of my favourite fitness events (the nor.al race, not the mile 😂) and will definitely be back with a big team for another event 💪

A lot of people worry they won’t be fit enough, or know what they’re doing.

Some days, motivation really is the hardest part.

And honestly, alot of people who walk through our doors, and myself included, arent buzzing each and every single session.

That’s why we believe having the right people around you matters so much.

A friendly face when you come in.
Coaches who support you and bring out rhe best in you
People encouraging you without judgement.
A space where you don’t have to have it all figured out.

You don’t need to be super fit to start.

🎉👺April Tiki Award 👺🎉

This months award goes to 👏

- Jude has had an amazing few months, pushing himself well out of his comfort zone trying new things and setting goals that would have been alien to him a year ago.

Jude a few months ago set a goal to run 5k with a time in mind, a few weeks later he smashed that, so we set it quicker, he smashed that too.

He always gives it 100% in classes, bounced back well from injuries and is moving better than ever right now, incredible physical transformation and just all round a top guy.

Keep up the good work Juuude 👏
