​Taking a little step back for the rest of the summer! I’m scaling back my weekly schedule to soak up the school holidays with my kids.

​Here is what you need to know for the next few weeks:
​Postnatal Classes: On pause until September 1st.

​Remaining 2 Classes: Open to all levels, all bodies, and all abilities.

​Kids & Babies: 100% welcome to tag along! Bring them, let them play, or let them move alongside you.

​Thank you so much for your ongoing support and understanding. Let’s make the most of these sunny days... see you on the mat!

✨ NEW PRICES & NEW CLASSES ✨
A little update for our Gem Wellness mums 💛

Our Postnatal Restore & Reset sessions were previously supported by council funding. Now that the funding has ended, classes will move to a simple, affordable structure:

£6 per class
£10 for any two classes in the same week.
This keeps everything accessible while covering room hire and allowing me to continue offering specialist support.

And we’re growing!
Our summer timetable now includes:

🏋‍♀️ Monday small group CIRCUITS 1:20PM (Home Studio)
👩🏻‍🍼 Tuesday Postnatal Restore & Reset 1:30PM (Larkholme community centre)
🧘🏻‍♀️ Thursday Pilates 9:15AM (Larkholme Community centre)
🔥 Thursday small group CORE 12:20PM (Home Studio)

Turns out, babies are tiny, silent personal trainers. Show them how it’s done, they’re definitely taking notes on your form.
Babies learn by mirroring. Seeing a parent prioritise movement normalises physical activity as a daily, positive habit rather than a chore.

Self care is family care.
