A huge thank you to three of our incredible coaches, Dafydd Bowen, Ben Wright, and Gary-Claire Burns, for giving up their own time and committing to achieving their Level 2 Coaching Qualification to help develop girls' rugby.

Volunteering your time, continuing to learn, and investing in the future of our players is something that doesn't go unnoticed. Your dedication, passion, and commitment will have a lasting impact on every girl who pulls on the shirt.

We're incredibly proud to have coaches who are always striving to improve and provide the very best opportunities for our players.

The Tim Poole Endeavour Award recognises the player who never gives up.

Named in memory of Tim Poole – a founding figure of The Sharks, a passionate coach, mentor and lifelong servant of rugby – this award celebrates the values he lived by: resilience, determination and an unwavering commitment to the team.

It isn't always about being the fastest, strongest or most naturally gifted. It's about the player who keeps showing up, works hard through every challenge, and inspires those around them by never giving in.

A truly special award, carrying the legacy of a truly special man.

Congratulations to Brea Davidson, a truly deserving recipient of the Tim Poole Endeavour Award. Despite facing an incredibly difficult year while supporting her father through illness, Brea continued to show remarkable strength, determination and commitment to her teammates. Her resilience both on and off the pitch embodies everything this award stands for.
