First day back teaching after the summer holidays...

This is the message I received from my client last night.

My 121 coaching and group sessions are so much more than just turning up for a workout.

It’s having somewhere to come, switch off and focus on yourself.

It’s moving your body, clearing your head, having a laugh and leaving with a completely different mindset.

After six weeks off, going back to teaching is a big adjustment. That one session helped my client feel energised and ready to take on the next school term.
