Fuel = Performance 🍎🥦🥒🥑
I am a volume meal eater still within set boundaries and tracking macros but this helps me snack less and feel fuller for longer.
It also helps me perform and keep improving to become my best self.
High volume but low calorie foods = veggies, fruits and lean proteins.
High fiber and nutrient-dense
The aim is to prevent hunger.
Simple, quick and easy.
