HOW DOES PERSONAL TRAINING ACTUALLY WORK? 💭
I get a lot of questions from people asking how do they actually get signed up to train with me. People may also be afraid to ask for PT… this is completely fine and understandable😊
Here’s the steps we will go through if you’re interested in getting signed up for PT…
• A in depth consultation to talk about your fitness goals, gym likes and dislikes, any medical or health problems i need to be aware or etc.
• From this in depth conversation, you can then decide if i am the right trainer for you and if i’ll suit your needs and goals!
• From this point, if you decide i am your perfect fit, we can then go about getting you signed up where you have a the option of choosing 1x1 hour session with me or looking at some of the bundles i offer for PT!
• After this process has happened we can get to work on designing you a tailored personal programme to help you reach those fitness goals as discussed whilst working together the whole way!
