Build your core. Build your willpower.

This simple morning sequence is about more than abdominal strength.
15 sit-ups to forward bend →
15 mindful abdominal crunches →
5 long, deep breaths in supported
Boat Pose (Navasana).

Move with control.

Engage the abdomen. Stay with the breath.

Then slowly lower down and ease the spine with gentle supine twists on each side — exhale down, inhale back up.

Practise this every morning and notice what changes — not just in your core, but in your focus, determination and how you meet the day.

Save this and give it a go tomorrow morning.

Struggling with tight hamstrings and a stiff lower back?

The secret might not be stretching harder... it might be moving smarter.

This short routine is designed to improve hip mobility, ease tight hamstrings, and encourage lower back relief through simple, mindful movement.

✨ In this practice you’ll explore:
• A forward bend to gently release the hamstrings and lower back.
• Crescent Moon to stretch the quads while opening the chest.
• Squat to forward bend to improve mobility and functional movement.
• A dynamic revolved triangle to build strength, balance and spinal mobility.
• A few moments of meditation to calm the mind—start with 5 minutes and gradually build to 10, 20 or even longer.

Remember, lasting flexibility isn’t about forcing your body into deeper stretches.

It’s about moving with awareness, breathing steadily, and giving your body the time it needs to open naturally.
