At StudioYoga we want to bring the benefits of Yoga, Pilates and Mindfulness to everyone, whatever your age or level of fitness. You can join a group or have 1:1 tuition. Sign up for a course or come on a drop-in basis. Specialist classes for the over 70s and those recovering from injury or surgery. Children's yoga classes in the school holidays. We also run weekend yoga workshops for teachers and

trainee teachers. All our instructors are fully qualified, insured and passionate about what they teach.

I’ve taught yoga to thousands of people so please believe me when I say you’re never too stiff, too old, too weak, too uncoordinated or too anything else to benefit from what yoga has to offer. So if this has been your excuse you’ll have to think of something else!

My practice has changed with every heatwave this summer…
I love backbends, balances and sun salutations but they just tend to generate even more heat 🥵So right now it’s less asana and more pranayama, restorative poses and relaxation. Blissfully cool
