Total Ecstacy owned by Mark Philpot and Nigel Sibley had a good regionals at the lovely Parwood Equestrian on Saturday.
We had two 3rd placed podiums for the PSG and the Inter 1.
PSG was a good round just lacked some straighness with the changes but these are still a work in progress the Inter 1 he was still full of energy so a couple of mistakes crept in but as always super comments from the judges of his potential.

What a week at Hartpury festival of Dressage the sun was shining became a bit hot at times too 🥵 but as always a fabulously run competition and facilities. Thank you to all the team.
Total Ecstacy owned by Mark Philpot and Nigel Sibley contested a Prix St George on the Wednesday and we came 10th out of 25 so not too bad he’s a goey boy so working on more relaxation was the plan couple of blips in the changes which were costly but as always some good moments on this super talented boy Lovley to have Mark their to help and watch his boy.
Back on the Thursday to Sunday with König for the CDI3* International.
A long four days for him in that atmosphere and that level and the Hartpury Hill and the heat !
Grand Prix day we had a tentative first Piaffe facing the people on the hill but as the test went on the hill disappeared 💪 he knew it was there he had one eye on it but he still dug deep and listened to me and we had a decent round with a 64.5% not a great percent but he is new and green at the level and the big show atmospheres.
Again some encouraging comments from the International judges an impressive horse, it’s all there just now need the confidence and self carriage which I can keep working on.
Day off on Saturday where I then was able to school him and hack him about and prepare for the Special.
Sunday was Grand Prix Special day it’s that long old test but actually quite nice to ride. This was the first time König had done a 4th day riding at a show so I was interested to feel how he felt.
We did some correct stuff but towards the end of the test he just felt mentally a bit tired and his focus left me a bit and we had some big errors but he completed another one 💪not a great score but they placed to 10th so as I was 10th I came home with a Rosette 🏵️😍
You learn so much about them when they are away and he will now have a holiday before I get back to training and working on his suppleness, strength so I can keep improving at this level.
After getting them to Grand Prix this is when the journey really starts and when they really start to learn and gain the confidence and strength at it 🦄❤️
Huge thank you to Yvonne Parsons for spending the week with me being a super groom and Supporter also with lots of laughter and sweating ! 🤣
Lovely to catch up with all my great Horsey friends and congratulations with all your successes on your gorgeous horses too ❤️🦄
Brilliant Dad and Stu could come and watch and enjoy the days.
Yet again I come home with a happy healthy König & Papou and I look forward to just building on what we have 🇬🇧🦄❤️

The New LeMieux Verv Competition helmet what can I say but I’m loving it.
The fit is excellent especially for me no more crunched eyebrows.

The dial at the back is great for comfort, fit and I know it comes with the highest of safety which is most important !
I love the shine and the magnetic peaks which you can change depending on what you prefer and of course the front panel which you can also change up, I’m looking forward to my Brilliance panel to arrive we all know I love a bit of Sparkle !
Lots of info on the helmets on the Lemieux website but if you are looking for a new helmet I can absolutely vouch for these and the most amazing price.

Our Boy König (Keep The Faith ) has now done his first big tour international at Wellington Riding this week.
It’s always such an honour to ride under the Union Jack 🇬🇧 and with our homebred even more special.
Lots of new firsts for him, A trot up and all the excitement that goes with that, temporary stables with flappy roofs and it was stormy 🙈 and competing under top International Judges but he dealt with it all really well until the last day but I’ll get to that.
Grand Prix day I rode for a nice experience for him and that he would cope with the energy that comes with the big atmosphere shows that he isn’t used to just yet,he tried really hard and we did an Ok job and an International GP horse he became, I’m so proud but now the journey really starts 🦄❤️🇬🇧
Second day was Grand Prix Special day his first my first in 13 years I normally do the freestyles but he hasn’t got one yet so GPS it was.
Weather was horrendous but I ride him in all weathers so that’s no big deal but the noise from the cutlery in the tent and the umbrellas took him by surprise so the left side of the arena was a disaster but I felt just keep riding get to the end let him realise it’s all ok in there. We won’t talk about my mark but it’s a Marathon test and my fitness work with him and Equine rebalance therapy water treadmill that is based at Wellington Riding has paid off as he didn’t tire physically he was just a bit over awed but marched back to the stable super happy 🙈 horses eh 🤣
Over both tests what was so Lovley to read were the judges comments,Keep going he’s got talent! Impressive horse,Energetic horse, A shame your Lovely horse was spooked today.
Come on König together we can grow now and hopefully develop more confidence 💪
I’m competitive and used to ups and downs with the sport so I have to put it behind me and move onwards.
I came home with a fit, healthy, Happy horse who now is a muddy hippo whom I adore dearly 🤣 He will have a short break then onto Hartpury CDI 🇬🇧
Huge thank you to Yvonne Parsons who came to help we were exhausted for a long week but we had lots of laughs, hugs and not much food so hopefully a few pounds lighter too ! 🤣🤣
Big thank you to everyone who came to support and help me,one day hopefully a prize giving for you all 🙈
Thank you to the kind people who sent me DM’s after my GPS much appreciated of your comments 🥰
Thank you everyone for all your good luck messages it’s really humbling.
Big thank you to Amanda Davies and Si from Equine 74 product Gastric for travelling down from “ UP North “ to me 🤣 to support and my goodies 🙏
It’s always Lovley to catch up with friends too well done to you all.
I’m so lucky to be sponsored and an ambassador for many I’m truly grateful for all the support

Really sad to hear of Udo’s Passing.
I spent many times there as a young rider training at their base in Germany.
He was a true horseman and trainer and I was lucky enough to train with both him and Christilot Boylen.
I learnt fast if I worked hard I would get to ride some of the best horses in the barn which I did . He would only teach me in German which was terrifying at first but I soon learnt ,he was an absolute professional and everything had to be done to perfection even cleaning the cob webs ! Evenings in his home or out to dinner he was a really kind fun and funny man.
I have wonderful memories of my times at Gammertshof.
When I moved to Germany back in 2012-2016 I would see him at competitions and he always had time with a smile to chat.
Thank you RIP Udo
Condolences to all the family ❤️
