Excellent using them all and how movements can change depending on the environment.

All platinum package users will have significant time on the course. We need to learn to transfer swings to the course and get those scores to come down.

suffering from a flying elbow in the backswing ? Trusty band to the rescue again, simple and effective way to change the structure in your backswing . Build a little more connection and help the sequence of the swing .

feel like your knees/ legs are overactive in the backswing ? Grab a band and try to keep the tension in the band throughout the backswing. This should help with some structure and build a solid foundation in your swing.

Getting a comprehensive Look at how you move is extremely valuable for long term progression. We can often get caught up in a short term view of golf.

What if you looked at it over a 18 month period not next weeks medal. I’m trying to do that with my business, a golfer should be no different. Invest in a long term plan , have goals along the way and do the work.

You will have ups and downs throughout that time but the overall trend will be in the right direction.
