Refrm Dynamic Pilates Come along and have fun! Emma has been involved in dance all her life. She started dancing at the age of 3 and went on to train at the London Studio Centre.

After college she went on to dance professionally until she started a family. With 6 children, Emma is more than aware of the pressures to find time to exercise and enjoy some “me time”. Emma has been teaching Zumba for 12 years and is fully qualified and certified to teach the Zumba programme. Emma loves to dance and teaches with a permanent smile on her face. People of all ages, shapes and abili

ties are very welcome to join the classes. There is no showing off in Zumba, you are encouraged to simply do your best. Be prepared to have fun and enjoy moving. Zumba classes are basically exercise in disguise
