Following on from the recent announcement by the prime minister we are regrettably having to make the tough decision to cancel all classes for the foreseeable future. There will be one last class tomorrow Thursday 19th. The health and safety of all of our members and instructors is our priority at this time. Whilst we are going to miss each and every one of you and the great atmosphere we have in our classes we are hoping all of our current members will join us in a members only group which will be shared shortly, where we will remain as a strong team and share some online workouts that can be done at home. Please keep an eye out for updates and we will be back up and running as soon as it is safe to do so!

Tonight’s kickboxing/boxing class is still on ! Obviously if you have any virus symptoms please do not attend !!
Studio we train in will have been cleaned . Please only use your own equipment and as we all know by now keep your hands and self clean !!!! Will keep you all updated on a daily basis regarding other classes ! If you do not wish to attend due to all what’s going on then of course it’s completely understandable!!!!

3 excellent fights for 3 of our junior fighters today in Kent ! Superb performances and all had very very tough fights, but that’s how we like it as that’s what makes us better every time . I must say all the kids and juniors have been doing Team TS and themselves proud over the last few shows they have competed at . So proud to say we have some great kids and juniors at the club right now with new members joining all the time and enjoying there training . Great atmosphere and buzz around the kids / junior classes & long may it continue 👏🏾👊🏾😊

What a superb performance from Lea Monk tonight in Kent . Boxed brilliantly and took a unanimous decision win against a tough opponent. This was the performance we were looking for after Leanne’s last fight which although being a tough fight was a very messy & scrappy performance that we weren’t overly happy with at all. Tonight though she settled well behind her jab which she doubled up to head and body , adding some nice crosses and hooks to finish off her combos . Last round saw Leanne throw some lovely body shots again finishing off with that left hook to take the win !! Really happy with how Leanne fought tonight 👏🏾👏🏾. Big thanks to the travelling supporters as always and thanks to Colin and all at TKO Elite for having us on another well run show 🥊

Next week Sunday 23rd February we have Lea Monk fighting at the casino rooms in Rochester Kent !! Would be great to have a good few people come and show some support ... We all know how much & how hard Leanne trains for her fights (too much sometimes 🤦🏽‍♂️😉) so let’s fill up some cars and give her the support she deserves in her first outing of 2020 !!! There will also of course be a whole load of other great fights on the night.

Please be aware that due to an ongoing Police incident, there is NO access to the gym by car OR by foot... North Rd is shut to all and you can’t get there from the old town either . we will keep you updated as much as we can. Doesn’t look like we will be able to do tonight’s class at the moment unfortunately but will confirm at around 6pm
