🏆 WE ARE AWARD WINNERS! 🏆

We are absolutely delighted to announce that Spalding Golf Club’s clubhouse redevelopment – Project Refresh – has been selected as the East Midlands regional winner in the Best Public or Community Building category at the 2026 LABC Building Excellence Awards.

This prestigious award is fantastic recognition for everyone involved in transforming our clubhouse into the modern, welcoming and versatile venue that our members, guests and wider community enjoy today.

Our sincere thanks and congratulations go to D Brown Builders and everyone whose skill, commitment and hard work helped bring the vision for Project Refresh to life.

Winning the regional award also means that we now qualify for the LABC Grand Finals, being held at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane, London, in January 2027.

🎉⛳ What an incredible evening at our Guest Speaker charity evening! ⛳ 🎉

We were thrilled to welcome 120 guests to the clubhouse to enjoy a three-course meal followed by stories and anecdotes from our guest speaker, major winner and Ryder Cup legend, Tony Jacklin CBE.

The highlight of the evening was raising over £4,000 for our Captains charity, Macmillan Cancer Support 💚 An enormous thank you to everyone who attended, donated, and supported the event. Your generosity will make a real difference.

A huge thank you also goes the evenings sponsors, Carlsberg Brewery and The Foodfellas, whose support helped make the event such a great success!
