✨ MUMS, THIS ONE'S FOR YOU ✨

You might remember Bounce Back — previously supported by Active Calderdale and loved by so many local mums. We're so excited to bring it back home to Open Mind Gymnastricks!

And we just had to share this beautiful review from one of our mums:

> "I've been attending bounce back classes at Open Mind Gymnastics for a few months now with my 1 and a half year old. We both really look forward to the session that is mostly aimed at helping mums better their fitness while accommodating our little ones at the same time. I can already feel myself getting stronger from the different exercises we do which has boosted my confidence and motivated me to work more on my own self care. Scott and Emma are so welcoming they cater to individual strengths by giving different options for each exercise... They have tons of patience and there is never any pressure... It's the perfect way to start your fitness journey as a new mum or an experience mum. Fantastic class." ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is exactly what Bounce Back is about.

A small, supportive class (just 10 mums) focused on:
- Rib flare & posture
- Diastasis healing & core rebuild
- Gaining strength safely, with baby alongside
- Plus 8 weeks of nutritional support from Emily at Nourish and Flourish

No judgement. No pressure to "bounce back" quickly. Just you, getting stronger, with other lovely mums beside you.

We start *Friday 30th October*

Babies welcome, giggles guaranteed.
