Our popular 10 week Great North Run training course will return this July.

The training will be led by experienced runner & coach Luke Adams, with 20 years of experience of running/coaching half marathons & best time of 1 hour & 10 minutes for the Great North Run.

The course is open to non members & guests too, but we do ask that you are comfortable running up to 5km before the course starts (3.1 mile distance).

All ages, abilities & paces are welcome to join 🀝

The course is also perfect for those that have never been part of a running club before. We aim to provide a fun, relaxed & safe environment for everyone to enjoy & progress their running.

Whether you’re running 5 minute miles or 15 minute miles, we’re happy to help you progress at your own pace & get in shape to enjoy the event.

🧑 Run with a friendly & supportive group to stay motivated each week & take part together.

🌊 Run along beautiful and varied routes along the coastline

πŸ‘Ÿ Practise on sections of the Great North Run route, including a final long training run & social with the group
