After a really successful first week, we have decided to extend the Free Taster session to this Saturday!!
We're trying to build something special and Balanced Minds FC are a club dedicated to building teams that offer an inclusive and positive environment for all; with FA qualified coaches and specialist coaching sessions designed for younger age groups that balances the learning of "The Beautiful Game" with fun for maximum engagement.
We're limited to a specific number of children per coach so spaces are limited. Please get in touch to register your interest

We are incredibly proud to share that Balanced Minds FC has received an award from Shefford Town Council in recognition of our football programme ⚽️💙

As a grassroots youth club, everything we do is built around supporting our players, not just as footballers, but as people. This award means so much because it recognises our commitment to wellbeing, development, and creating a positive environment for every child.

A huge thank you to our coaches, volunteers, parents, and of course our amazing players. This is your achievement too 👏

⚽️ JOIN BALANCED MINDS FC – LITTLE B’S FUTURE FIT ⚽️

Balanced Minds FC are looking ahead to next season with the formation of our Little B’s Future Fit programme for boys and girls qualifying at U5 to U7, joining the club ahead of the 2026/27 season.

Our focus is simple:
• Enjoyment of the game
• Development
• Physical welfare
