Yesterday we said goodbye to a very dear member as he left the UK to move back home 🇬🇷

He’s been a huge part of our community and a familiar face in the lunchtime class - always working hard, helping others, and up for a laugh. When he wasn’t joking around with our resident comedian you’d probably find him pretending to do the pre-WOD or reminding everyone just how sore he was from the day before. It’s safe to say he’ll be greatly missed.

With such a diverse community, our members come and go - but every person who walks through our doors helps shape this place and leaves their mark. To us, that’s what makes CFK so special.

SUMMER GAMES IS BACK! ☀️

Date: 18th July
Location: CrossFit Braze, Ecclesall Road, Sheffield
Price: Free for CFK, CFB, CFN, CFL members!
Format: Same s*x pairs, all abilities

On Saturday 18th July we’ll be bringing members from CrossFit Braze, Kelham, Nottingham and Loughborough together for a morning of fitness, competition and a good laugh.

The format is simple: same-s*x pairs, workouts suitable for all abilities, and plenty of opportunities to challenge yourself alongside your training partner.

Whether you’re one of the most competitive people in the gym or just fancy taking part in something different, we’d love to have you involved.

The event is free for all members of CrossFit Braze, CrossFit Kelham, CrossFit Nottingham and CrossFit Loughborough.

To enter, either send us a message or add your name to the sign-up sheet in the gym.

Time to introduce another member of our coaching team: Coach Rachel! ☀️

If you’ve set foot in the gym, it’s hard not to have met her - she’s usually the first person to come over, say hi, and make sure you feel welcome.

Rachel has been one of our most consistent members, showing up day after day and taking on everything CrossFit throws at her. It’s clear she loves a challenge and to test herself - it feels like every other weekend she’s taking on a competition or race and finding new ways to push herself 🔥

It’s been brilliant to welcome her into our coaching team and see that same positive energy brought into her classes!

Next up in our coach spotlight series: Coach Lewis! 💥

Lewis joined the gym to support his rugby training and quickly became a key part of our community. He’s fantastic at helping members break down those challenging movements, tackling them one step at a time 💪

You’ll probably know him for his serious strength (if you know you know 🤯) and for helping our early risers survive those morning MegaWODs!
