So I’ve 4 people confirmed as coming so have decided to run tonight’s class. I’ll make sure there are regular water break & I’m changing the playlist slightly so it’s less intense. There will be fans in each corner of the room so you’ll have a fan each 😂 & off course I’ll provide ice pops as a post class reward!
