Model 1: In-Person

We now have an online app that contains our program that you can access anywhere!

Each model has its benefits:

💪 InPerson - dedicated coach present to make sure your technique is on point.

💪 Online - the shred program can be accessed anywhere via an App. You can utilise varied equipment that your current gym has to offer.

Who is each model for?

🦾 In-Person: For those who need extra motivation, they can access our gym, and feel they need a coach present.

🦾 Online: For those already self-motivated but need a structured plan and guidance to lose stubborn belly fat.

Online App - £29.99 (RRP £49.99)
