This term, our acro students will be working towards one of the most exciting skills in acro and gymnastics – the Back Handspring! 🎉

We’ll be focusing on:

Children’s auditions for this years Pantomine are being held on 7th June, 9:30-11:30 at the Ballroom DREAMLAND!

All children will be taught a short dance and need to be able to sing along to Million Dreams from The Greatest Showman.
*must be available for rehearsals on Sunday afternoons and during show week 30th November - 6th December

We love using props you’ll find right in the studio—no need for anything fancy! Sometimes the simplest equipment can be the most powerful… like a yoga mat 🙌

From creating a safe space for little ones to sit, watch and build confidence, to using it for balance, control and coordination work—it’s such a versatile tool 💫

Even something as simple as hopping on one foot can challenge strength, stability and landing control… and trust us, it’s harder than it looks! 👀
