Cygnet Swimming Lessons is a new business developed by Chris Buckley. Chris is qualified swimming teacher with vast amounts of teaching experience including teaching teaching children with additional needs, leading swim teams, teaching 1:1 and group lessons. Chris is dedicated and passionate about teaching swimming and takes time to plan lessons according to ability all the while ensuring lessons

are fun and interactive for the children. Chris always gets into the water with his lessons to guarantee outstanding outstanding and personalised teaching. Cygnet Swimming will be held at Mercure Haydock Fitness Club within the Mercure Hotel with lessons aimed for children from the aged of three. To ensure quality teaching, the maximum number of children in each lesson is four and each lesson lasts half an hour. The lessons run in 10 week terms and include the appropriate STA (Swimming Teachers' Association) certificates at the end of the term. Please contact Chris for further information, including prices.

Cygnet Swimming Lessons is looking for enthusiastic, child‑focused Swimming Instructors to join our team in St Helens (Haydock).

If you’re passionate about teaching, safety‑minded, and love helping children grow in confidence in the water, we’d love to hear from you.

What we’re looking for:
• Qualified swimming teachers (ASA Level 2 or equivalent)
