Rainford Boxing Academy Provides expert training for all individuals of all levels and ability. We cater for individuals of all levels, Wether you are just starting off in boxing right through to the active boxers.We help to develop our members fitness, And give you the Motivation and Encouragement to help achieve your goals. Classes are available from age 4yrs all the way upto Adults, For all

levels of fitness and experience.These classes run nightly Monday to Friday and weekend days.We pride ourselves in giving our members a variety of skills that will help develop fitness and in addition the skills taught are an effective form of self defence. We feel Children will benefit from the Discipline involved in boxing.Which will assist in them growing up to be disciplined, polite and healthy adults. We have a good size gym with a boxing ring and a variety of Free weights and training equipment. We focus on helping each individual to progress, and help them achieve their individual goals whilst having fun. We also have 1 to 1 and small group private
classes available to cater for your specific goal all at excellent prices.

Good evening folks,
So we have been competing over the last week in the schoolboy championships and entered a young boy from our club, Bobby came to me a quiet shy lad who wanted to be a boxer, i worked hard to bring out the best in him and I can proudly say he has acieved so much with his attitude, manners and polite behaviour. All his hard work has culminated in him becoming the schoolboy Merseyside and Cheshire champion at 40kg for 2026. We as a club are so proud of him and are looking forward to him representing our region and club in the next stages of the national championships. A massive welldone to our Bobby bushell-honor. All your Rainford Boxing Academy family are so happy with your achievements So welldone champ. ❤️😁🏆🥊🥊

Good morning folks, We have been busy at Rainford boxing academy as always working hard to improve and all whilst having fun and enjoying ourselves 😁🥊
Our different classes have been doing amazing in and out of the gym and I am so so proud of you all.😁💪🏻🥊
We have been competing and coming away with good wins all whilst the learning is ongoing. Congratulations to all my boxers on their recent achievements and to all my adult fitness and 1on1 PTS who just keep improving all the time in there overall fitness and abilities. WELLDONE ❤️😁💪🏻🥊🥊

Good afternoon folks, just had a nice message off one of my friends and gym member who has been coming to Rainford Boxing Academy for a long time almost since we opened in 2021. I am very pleased to say age is just a number with Paul as he literally puts his all into everything and has become a valued member of our Rainford Boxing Academy family . His fitness has soared aswell as his health and with permission I am proud to say paul is 64 and matches any of our boxers in the gym for ability and fitness.👏🏻 So what are you waiting for everyone is welcome at Rainford Boxing Academy any age or ability 😁💪🏻🥊
