Meet our wonderful volunteer Callum! Callum has been with Reach Out since February. He is currently seeing Norman for a good old natter. Callum has also helped Norman gain some confidence to go out and as you can see even have a yummy lunch.

We’re grateful to be part of so many amazing causes and to work with people of all ages, abilities and walks of life.
To give back, make a difference and help others through what we love and have dedicated our lives to means everything. 🌎
We wanted to take the chance to share some wonderful photos that St Elizabeth's Centre captured from our last few sessions with the students. We’re incredibly grateful not only to be welcomed into such a caring and inspiring environment, but also to be able to share these special moments with our community. 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒
We’ll continue to reach as many people as we can and spread positivity, confidence and kindness.

At CAIRO Coaching, we offer small group sessions for up to 10 participants, giving children the chance to train alongside friends in a fun, supportive environment. Because let’s be honest — starting something new can feel daunting at any age, but everything feels easier when your friends are beside you. 🤝👥
Sessions are available at one of our partner gyms or via our convenient call-out service at your preferred location. Confidence grows faster when training feels exciting, social, and safe.

Sometimes the coach isn’t the boss of the session… especially when Coach Callum’s smallest striker decides they’re running class today 😄🥊
