Two great sessions at the dojo tonight. Worked mainly on the grading syllabus. Then a bit of punchbag work at the end.

Great first two sessions back tonight at the Union Club in Masbrough. Great to see everyone working hard and getting back into it after our little break.

A little bit rusty but didn't take long to get into the swing of things again.
