Today we’d like to recognise a truly outstanding young lady who has earned her promotion from our Positive Start Programme into our Leadership Programme.

At just 15 years old, she is already setting the standard for those around her. Through her dedication, positive attitude, consistency, and willingness to help others, she has shown exactly what it means to be a role model within the gym.

This promotion isn’t simply awarded it is earned. She has worked hard, embraced every challenge, and continually demonstrated the qualities we look for in future leaders.

Our ladies worked hard on movement, blocking, and creating opportunities to stay safe while developing real, practical skills. The effort, determination, and support for one another was fantastic to see! 👏

You walk out a bit sweaty, a bit tired, maybe even questioning your life choices halfway through but somehow feeling better than when you walked in.
