New term starting November 3rd.
Friendly, mixed ability classes in Ripon and Masham. No experience needed.
Yoga helps us find balance not just physically but on all levels of our being, and that carries through into the rest of our lives.
Especially as we head into a busy part of the year, giving yourself this time of calm is such a gift. Creating a regular discipline that radiates out into your day to day.

7 week term, I take term bookings only to help you create routine and we build on a theme all through the term. If you cannot make your class you can swap to a different class in the week or double up another week in the term.

Two hours of gentle movement, breathing and sound to create a deep sense of calm and connection in the mind and body. This is a beautiful and nourishing practice designed to leave you grounded and centred. Frayah will lead you through a breathing and yoga practice to help prepare the mind and body for Sarah to carry you in to a multi instrumental sound bath where you will lie comfortably in relaxation bathed in the vibrations of the instruments.
