It might have been a miserable, rainy one, but that didn’t stop some the crew from showing up as usual! 💪

This week’s run was an extra special one as we celebrated our very own Miss JOIN THE RUN, birthday ❤️🎉

We even had some familiar faces from our Thursday run come along and join us this morning, exactly what this community is all about! 🙌

Great vibes. New routes. New faces. 💙

For some, this was their first ever run outside and their first 5K and EVERYONE absolutely smashed it! 👏💪

But this is what JOIN THE RUN is all about…
Different abilities. Different paces. One team.

Everyone supporting one another from start to finish.

Another brilliant Sunday morning 5K for the team, Sunday just gone 🙌

Whilst we were away, members of the team took the reins and kept the Sunday run going — and that’s exactly what Join The Run is all about. ❤️

It’s not about one person. It’s about everyone getting involved, supporting each other and building a community together.

Great to see some new faces joining us too, hopefully the first of many! 👏

We'll be partnering up with Join The Run for a run club! This is open to anyone and everyone of all abilities, it's completely free, and it's all about being a supportive community, and having fun !

There will be more updates coming soon of when this will be starting, and if you're a PureGym member this will be bookable via the PureGym app

We’re excited to announce that Join the Run is teaming up with PureGym Rhyl! 🏃🔥

Every Thursday at 6:30 PM, we’ll be meeting at PureGym Rhyl to host a FREE community run, open to all PureGym members and anyone from the local area who wants to get involved.

This isn’t just a run , it’s a community.

Whether you’re a complete beginner, an experienced runner, young or old, fast or steady, everyone is welcome. No matter your age or ability, our goal is simple . To create a positive, supportive environment where you can show up, challenge yourself, and become a better version of yourself.

You’ll be surrounded by people who encourage, motivate, and celebrate every step of your journey because every runner starts somewhere, and no one gets left behind. 💙
