Fitness Membership – With a Fitness Suite, equipped with superb Technogym equipment, knowledgeable and inspirational Team of Instructors and the latest gadgets to help monitor and manage fitness believe we will have you motivated and focused to exceed goals from day 1. Included in the membership we guide you through a Personal Fitness Plan where you will learn the basics and importance of exercise and wellbeing, get advise and support to set short/medium and long term goals, nutritional advice/exercise adaptations and progressions, programme reviews and the opportunity to try out new exhilarating exercises. ⭐NPLQ⭐

The NPLQ is an accredited and internationally recognised course that allows you to become a qualified lifeguard. This course covers all elements of Pool Rescue Techniques, Lifeguarding Theory, First Aid and CPR, and our friendly Trainers will help you every step of the way!

📍 Course Location: Rhyl Leisure
⏰ Pre Course Assessment: 15th October
📅Course dates: 26th October – 30th October
💦NPLQ Assessment: 31st October
📅Course length: 6 days plus 1 hour pre-course assessment
⭐Course cost: £350 per person

We're always on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our team, so if you're looking to start your leisure career, then just let the Course Trainer know! Candidate must be at least 16-years-old at the time of taking the NPLQ final assessment.

This Wednesday, we’re celebrating National Fitness Day by shining a spotlight on some of our amazing local heroes — and today, it’s all about Claire! ❤️
Claire lives with cardioinhibitory syncope with asystole and had a pacemaker implanted in March 2023. But Claire didn’t let that stop her! 👏
Since joining Club Rhyl, Claire has absolutely smashed her goals and continues to inspire everyone around her. She is now an incredible 30.5lbs down and has shown just how much determination, commitment and a positive mindset can achieve. 🔥
