I would like to take this opportunity to formally introduce Mrs Kanika Sachdeva to the coaching team.

A First Degree and certified official, Mrs Sachdeva brings a wealth of experience and bundles of passion to the team and we are so pleased to have her onboard.

Mr Buckley (2nd Degree) will also be taking responsibilities as our Junior sparring coach on Saturdays and Sundays in sparring week (when he is available), he is hugely passionate about sparring, very talented and im certain he will do a great job.

Three of the 5 Reigate Ninjas who have smashed their First grading. Demonstrating a positive attitude, good basic stances. Quality punches and padwork...super stomp boardbreaking and a knowledge of some basic Korean words already.

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but:

it’s OK to be a Taekwondo hobbyist.

Not everyone needs to compete.
Not everyone needs to teach.
Not everyone needs to train like they’re preparing for a world championship.

Some of us train because we enjoy the practice.
Some because it keeps us moving.
Some because it helps us think, breathe, and reset after a long day.

Taekwondo has always had room for people who walk the path quietly.

If you train once or twice a week and still care about Taekwondo, and about becoming a better version of yourself today than you were yesterday, that is more than enough.
