💥 Kick yourself Fit for 2026!!!💥

The next kickboxing fitness session is this Saturday (Jan 31st) 💪!

Join us for a scorching workout based on a medley of aerobic martial arts moves that will boost your metabolism and launch your fitness to the next level!

Saturday, January 31st.
1pm-2pm
Venue: Trinity Oaks School, Brookfield Drive Horley, RH6 9NS
Cost: £10 (£8 for under 18s)

The sessions will be a fun mix of cardio kickboxing - martial arts moves choreographed to music - plus pad work and conditioning 💪
