✅ 15 Seconds Rest
✅ Max Burpees Over the Bar

Every minute on the minute, push your pace, challenge your endurance, and see how many reps you can rack up. This workout is simple, effective, and guaranteed to get your heart rate soaring.

Whether you’re chasing a new personal best or just looking to level up your fitness, this challenge is for you.

There will be a retest at the end of the month as well 💪

This year marks our 9th annual Murph at CrossFit Muscle Yard. A workout we only do once a year, but one that means more every single time we take it on.

Murph is not about your time, your score, or whether you finish first. It’s about showing up, pushing through discomfort, and doing something hard alongside the people around you.

Every year we see the same thing…
People surprising themselves.
Members helping each other through the final reps.
A room full of effort, encouragement, and respect.

Some will wear a vest. Some will scale. Some will complete their very first Murph. Every version counts.

That’s what makes this workout special.

“When I first joined CrossFit Muscle Yard in 2022, I knew absolutely nothing about CrossFit. Booking that first foundational session with Gemma was completely out of my comfort zone, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

From day one, the coaches were so welcoming, supportive, and encouraging, helping me build confidence and improve every step of the way. What started as trying something new quickly became something I genuinely loved, and now CrossFit is part of my everyday life.
