🩷A lovely activity to bring togetherness and hopefully you’ll be able to take some bits away with you and continue your practice at home 🙏🏻

💫 A gentle yoga class based on breathing and building strength. We will use props, practice sun salutations, learn yoga poses, partner poses and start and finish with a relaxing soundbath experience 🙌🏻

A little snippet of the last two days filming for YouTube

Hugely out of my comfort zone but threw myself so deeply into an amazing opportunity!

We have filmed some fun educational yoga bits while virtually travelling to some pretty cool places 🤪

It might look easy but let me tell you…….there were a few 🎬 take 15 moments 🎬🤦🏼‍♀️😫 it’s more tiring than it looks!

Excited to share with you when it’s finished. But for now over the summer, kids can head over to kidsmusicshop1 on YouTube for some yoga in the jungle, on the beach and in the mountains 🥰

Around the world yoga class 🌎

We missed the football last night 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 BUT we had loadsssss of fun passing big and little balls around the circle, overhead, over with our feet, using our core strength and working as a team just like the boys 🙌🏻
