✨ 2026 — what a fantastic year so far! ✨

From 5Ks to ultras, triathlons to half-Ironmans, HYROX to bike racing — it’s been an exceptional year for all the amazing athletes I’ve had the privilege of coaching. 🏃‍♀️🚴‍♂️🏊‍♀️

It’s a real privilege to get to know such a diverse group of motivated, talented and interesting people from all over the world. Different ages, different backgrounds, but one goal in common: **to keep getting better.** 💪

Looking back, I feel incredibly proud of what so many of you have achieved. Being part of your experiences and journeys is the greatest reward of being a coach. 🙌

Not everyone made it into this video, but please know — it includes you, too. ❤️

Let’s keep rocking through the rest of 2026 and see what we can bring to 2027! 🚀

Remember: you’re always somebody’s hero.🌟

💥 Dam-busters 🇳🇱💨

🏙️ Amsterdam Marathon — what a day! 😎

James took on the beautiful streets of the Netherlands 🇳🇱 alongside his friend Alex Comery 🤝 and delivered a fantastic sub 3 hour marathon result: 2 hrs 57 minutes 13 seconds ⏱️🔥 at the TCS Amsterdam Marathon - His second marathon — and a huge 26 minute PB since Manchester Marathon 2025! 🚀👏

He tackled the flat, fast course — klinkers and all 🧱 — at an average pace of 4:09 min/km 🏃‍♂️💨 Breaking three hours is an incredible achievement, and improving by over 26 minutes makes it even more special 🥇🙌

Super proud of james , who committed to a focused training block with positivity 🎯 and prioritised quality over mileage, arriving at the start line fit, healthy and ready to go 💪✅ After using the Manchester Half Marathon and Ladybower Trail Half as training races 🏃‍♂️, we knew he was ready to take on the full 26.2 miles 🛣️🔥

Best thing about this result? They got to share an iconic experience as a group of friends - never to be forgotten 🏆

What’s next? Let’s go!🚀👟

💨 Big PB in Amsterdam 🇳🇱🏃‍♂️

Some days, everything just comes together. Alex smashed it at the TCS Amsterdam Marathon last Sunday, setting a huge PB of 2:32:42 - averaging 3:36 min/km and taking more than nine minutes off his Boston time earlier this year! 🔥

This result is so well deserved. I know how much Alex Comery puts into every part of his training and recovery. After a brilliant 1:16 at the Manchester Half Marathon a few weeks ago, he knew the legs were there—and he delivered when it mattered.

You never quite know how your body and mind will respond on race day. Holding that pace for 42km takes incredible muscular endurance, a calm, controlled mindset and spot-on fuelling. 💪🧠

And celebrating such an amazing run alongside friends who also had brilliant races made it even sweeter. More on those results soon! 🎉

Absolutely made up! 🙌

🏆 West Coast Half Marathon PB! 🏆

Massive congratulations to Lucinda, who tackled the point to point Fylde Coast Runners West Coast Half Marathon today and completed the 13.1 miles in a fantastic 1 hr 55 minutes 36 seconds.

The Freck & Warton Running Club stalwart secured 1st place in the Female Vets category 🥇 and smashed her personal best by an incredible 1 minute 33 seconds too.👏

It’s been a brilliant year for Lucinda, from completing the TCS London Marathon in fine style to returning to her racing best across all distances.

Next up: 🍁 Leafy Lytham Races 🏁 — and hopefully more PBs to come! 💪

Brilliant Berlin 🇩🇪✨

What a fantastic performance from my international man of mystery, Tash, at the GENERALI BERLIN-MARATHON Berlin Marathon! 🏃‍♂️💨

After a brilliant block of training — including some serious indoor miles to combat the extreme heat — he took on the streets of Berlin with plenty of training in the bank.

Crossing the finish line beneath the Brandenburg Gate in an impressive 3:32:04, Tash averaged around 5:01 per kilometre, ⏱️👏

His feedback? The race was ‘incredible” and a ‘mega experience’ — even with that familiar 20-mile-plus feeling in the legs! 💪🔥

Tash has been an absolute pleasure to work with. His positivity is infectious, and with some big things ahead, I can’t wait to see how he continues to progress. 🚀

⏰ PBing in Berlin 🇩🇪🏃‍♂️💨

What a run from Jack at last Sunday’s Berlin Marathon! Averaging an incredible 4:08 min/km over the 26.2-mile course, he powered through to an outstanding 2 hrs 50 minutes 22 seconds⏱️🔥

Although Berlin is renowned for being a fast course, early congestion meant plenty of weaving and disrupted pacing during the first 5km. Despite that, Jack stayed focused and charged through the Brandenburg Gate to smash the sub-3-hour barrier - coming tantalisingly close to sub-2:50! 💪🏅

An absolutely brilliant PB and a fantastic benchmark to build on 🚀

Massively proud of Jack—not only for his work ethic, but also for his consistently positive mindset. A regular at the brilliant this result was thoroughly deserved 👏

There’s no doubt he’ll be chasing some big PBs in 2026 and 2027! Let’s go! 🙌

🏃‍♂️ Running in Rome 🇮🇹

James made a fantastic start to the HYROX 26/27 season, clocking an impressive 1:11:21 on the Rome course 💪🔥

A super-consistent and committed training block—focused on strength, station work and running—set the foundations for a strong benchmark and an exciting season ahead.

Averaging 4:04/km across the runs clearly highlighted the progress made, taking four minutes off his Manchester time from eight months ago and more than six minutes off his Valencia result 🚀

I’m always incredibly impressed by James’ commitment, consistency and passion for his training. I’m super excited snd looking forward to seeing him take on Valencia in less than three weeks’ time! 🇪🇸

⏰ PB’ing at Knutsford 🏃‍♀️💥

Beth took on the beautiful Cheshire roads at the Run North West Knutsford 10K this weekend—and what a performance! 👏

After a short training block focused on developing her 5K - 10km speed, she crossed the finish line in 43:08, knocking 25 seconds off her personal best! ⏱️🔥

There’s plenty more training and racing in the pipeline, and I’m sure we’re heading into a fantastic autumn–winter training block - let’s go! 🍂❄️

⛰️ No Chilling in the Chilterns! 🏃‍♂️🔥

A massive day out for my man Danny at the brutal Ultra Challenges Chilterns 50km Ultra 💪

The course featured just under 1,000 metres of ascent, with some seriously tough ramps across the 31 miles ⛰️

An experienced runner, Danny paced his effort perfectly to complete the course in 5 hours, 34 minutes and 3 seconds⏱️—finishing 36th out of 675 runners! 👏

A fantastic result that will build strength and confidence ahead of the Abingdon Marathon🏅

🏃‍♂️Big day out at Dorney!☀️🍂

Lee cruised around the Dorney Lake Marathon in the beautiful autumn sunshine, clocking a fantastic 2:51:20 and securing an impressive 17th place! 🏅👏

After a super-short training block focused on maintaining his base and structure, coming away with a 2:51 speaks volumes about Lee’s fitness and highlights his potential to run even faster in the future. 🚀

Now it’s time to build even further… 💪🔥
